In June 2011 Piercy Design received a 'Good Mark' award for the 'Design of the sensitive restoration of 249 - 259 Boulevard'' from the Hull

In March 2011 Piercy Design received a 'Good Mark' award for the 'excellent restoration of 25 - 30 Albion Street Hull, particularly the Baker Street facades' from the Hull Civic Society.
Best Restoration and Conversion
83-93 George Street, Hull
In 2009 Piercy Design received an award for 'Best Restoration and Conversion' from the South Yorkshire and Humber Building
Excellence Awards.

Later in 2009 Piercy Design was awarded a ‘Good Mark’ award from the Hull Civic Society for the 'worthy restoration and change of use of a distinguished Georgian building.'
